4 units Compressor Station, Kazakhstan-China Gas Pipeline Responsible for the successful field implementation of Rolls Royce Energy projects at customer facilities and is accountable for the safe and quality installation of the packaged systems delivered to the customer. Acting as a primary site manager responsible for the on-site performance of field service representatives and technical engineers and Health Safety & Environment (HS&E) execution plans and policy applications for the project based on the as sold scope and project location. Ensure the equipment is installed to the contract specifications and in accordance with Rolls-Royce quality processes and procedures as well as build a strong working relationship with the customer's site representative. Provide a single point of contact for the field execution of Rolls Royce equipment installation and commissioning activities Acting as a site manager, lead and undertake the receipt, installation, commissioning and testing of Rolls-Royce packaged Gas Turbine and driven equipment. Complete and submit field issues notices to ensure any technical or parts issues are recorded and monitor progress on resolution Report and track cost for the site installation and commissioning phase and identifying opportunities to bring added value items Close out projects and obtain project acceptance/sign off from the customer Delivering a complete and professional handover of the project to the Long Term Service Agreement (LTSA) team and/or Customer service team.

The Advisor has the scope to inform and guide Customer on all O&M activities follow GE procedure and practice. The advice given on day by day need to be discussed with Customer Plant Manager and need to be formalized to Customer following the procedure in force. All the necessary advice needs to be given to Customer as described above without tacking direct action on the Plant equipments or to the Customer operating personnel. The Advisor need also to propose all the Plant modification / improvement, which he deem necessary to obtain better Plant availability / reliability. If requested the Advisor need to give his advice also to identify EPC defects on newly installed equipment inside the Plant boundary. Interface with Customer to organize as necessary flight booking, local transport, accommodation, etc. for GE personnel travelling to the Plant and do require assistance. The Advisor need to do regular audit on Customer activities in the Plant and produce as necessary a report with the finding, highlighting areas of improvement and eventual non conformity in order to guide Customer to a continuous improvement on the O&M activities. The report needs to be provided to GE Contract Representative for further actions with Customer. The Advisor needs to follow the below guideline on correspondences (generally e-mails): 1)for all technical matter Advisor can correspond directly with Customer Plant Manager only.2)All contractual matter need to be discussed and agreed with GE Contract Representative, which will take the necessary actions to Customer top management. The Advisor need to follow here below documentation guideline with Customer and relevant filing has to be properly done for future reference: • Customer production daily report, weekly report, monthly report, to be review and filed, actions to be done as necessary. • GE daily report prepared by Mark V Specialist Advisor need to be filed and sent daily to GE Contract Representative. • MOM (Minute of Meeting), to be sent to GE Contract Representative and filed. • TAN (Technical Advising Note), to be issued as necessary to Customer, to be signed by Advisor and by Customer Plant Manager, to be filed. • Customer Incident Report, to be review and filed, actions to be done as necessary.

•Coordinating external and internal interfaces to ensure effective working relationships between project organizations and preventing the disruption or delay of construction activities. •Working closely with Design Engineering, Materials Management, Planning / Scheduling, Suppliers and Contractors to contribute to the availability of design information and construction materials and services to support the project schedule. •Coordinating and expediting design documents from design engineering offices. •Requesting Design Engineering to review, comment on and approve supplier drawings designated to be done in the field. •Coordinating interdisciplinary engineering activities, including field-engineering, inspection, and testing support (when not performed by quality inspectors), and confirming as-built information in timely manner. •Supplementing design drawing for such items as field fabrication, pipe layout, isometrics, spool sheet, and concrete placement sequences with detail drawings and sketches. •Performing evaluations for construction equipment to assist construction supervision in selecting and obtaining equipment that is best suited to meet project needs. •Interpretation the technical requirements of the design document to provide clear understanding and proper implementation of requirements. •Participating in and supporting the Site Safety program through safety considerations in the design program. •Distributing and filling design documents, procedures, instructions, and Supplier information. •Preparing requisitions for materials and designated to be purchased by field engineering in the field, and monitoring inventories to support the activities thereof. •Interpreting the project engineering and technical requirements for PFD and Contractor project personnel including tracking and resolution of RCIs (Requests For Clarification Or Information) and FCRs (Field Change Requests) in a timely and clear manner. •Coordinating with the Client Representatives and other third parties to promote compliance with job requirements. •Supporting the Test Turnover Plan by preparing punch lists, coordinating turnover requirements, and preparing required test and acceptance documentation. •Reviewing as-built drawings submitted by the contractors.
