I am currently a Business Developer (BD) and Project Manager (PM) for an engineering consulting firm. As a BD, I am responsible of leading the strategic planning and implementation of the Energy, Industrial and Commercial sectors of the company as well as developing and maintaining the client and partner relationships. I manage and supervise the drafting of all contracts in my sectors along with all legal reviews and contract negotiation and administration. I analyse and implement the optimal business model for each project (EPCM, EPC, etc). As a PM, I am responsible of leading multidisciplinary teams through the FEED, Design, Procurement and Construction phases of several projects. I handle communication, quality, cost, schedule as well as all other project controls throughout all the processes of a project. I build strong Professional, Governmental and Private Client networks. I established the strategic and execution plan based on our marketing analysis. I lead mergers and acquisitions in two different jurisdictions and build a companywide professional training program. As a Project Manager, I was responsible of leading multidisciplinary teams from more than 10 different offices through the FEED, Design, Procurement and Construction phases of several projects. I handle communication, quality, cost, schedule as well as all other project controls throughout all the processes of a project. My projects were in the Commercial, Institutional, Infrastructure, and Transportation sectors.

Multi office and multi speciality coordination, 3D modeling, preliminary and detail designs, budgeting, construction specification and tender documentation preparation. Simultaniously achieved several projects in the metallurgy and mining industry throughout Canada and the USA.
