Powertrain Integration Engineer
I am working at Ford Motor Company as a Product Development engineer at Program Integration department. Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) project: Control system design of an autonomous quadrotor, Aeroseeker. Quadrotor system integration and development, motor control and test flights. AHRS (Attitude and Heading Reference System) calibration and tests for different kinds of AHRSs for overall performance. Building 9 DOF AHRS from scratch: Sensor calibration, coding, pcb mounting and running-testing the whole system. Propeller balancing, brushless electric motor durability and performance testing. In most of the project , stress tests for various parts.
