Kolskaya Wind Farm, 200 MW, Russia Murmansk. Acceptance of Road and Hardstands prior WTG installation activities. Ensure compliance of WTG components prior the installation activities, after WTG installation and commissioning. Preparation of the snag lists. Coordination of snags closure and coordinate availability of the materials for the snag closure. Coordination of Subcontractors.

Construction of Wind Farm and relevant infrastructure for 10 Wind Turbine Generators by 4.8 MW, overall capacity is 48 MW. Coordination of whole cycle of Wind Farm construction, starting from early works till operational phase. Managing two main Contractors. Project is successfully completed; commercial production is ongoing.

Inspection of the WTG after installation. Preparation of the snag lists. Coordination of snags closure and coordinate availability of the materials for the snag closure. Coordination of contractor’s activities. Managing the NCR closure.

Construction of Wind Farm and relevant infrastructure for 13 Wind Turbine Generators by 3.83MW, overall capacity is 48 MW. Act as focal point for all Project QA/QC matters from Client side. Promote QC and HSE culture. Work with representative of another departments, Contractor management, Construction, Engineering and QC team. Make sure that project requirements are identified, documented and implemented. Review and approval of Contractor Quality documentation. Approval of Contractor Final Documentation. Project is successfully completed. Commercial production is ongoing.

Develop and Implement Quality Management System for Cameron Division at Tengiz Oil field, Future Growth Project. Promote Quality & HSE Culture.

Karachaganak Processing Complex (KPC) Gas Debottlenecking (KGDBN) Project. Client - Karachaganak Petroleum Operating. Multidisciplinary scope of work – construction of underground concrete tanks, installation of various mechanical units, substations and transformers, structural steel, E&I cables/equipment; fabrication of process piping and its installation within the KPO Gas Plant. Construction of 12 kilometers pipeline with associated valve stations and tie-ins. Responsibilies are representing the Contractor related all Quality issues, manage Contractor quality team, manage subcontractors laboratory (Civil, NDT, Mechanical). Ensure that all the Contractual Quality requirements are identified, understood, documented and implemented. Responsible for development quality section documentation. Manage the findings such as (NCR, PAR, CAR). Promote Quality and HSE culture.

Cargo Transportation Route Project consist of excavation of 2.5 km marine channel that connects to turning basin area, construction of temporary ring dikes, construction of Cargo offloading facility and Cargo storage facility, construction of accommodation camp, evaporation ponds, sand/gravel roads, installation of 2 batch plants. Activities include excavation, backfilling, pilling, reinforced concrete structures, foundations, slabs; supply, installation and testing of all mechanical electrical and instrumentation underground utilities. Responsible for development of quality documentation required by Contract and establish working quality system for the project. Plan and recruit QA/QC and RA (Regulatory Affairs) team for the project – up to 40 members. Responsible to manage and being the focal point for all QA/QC & RA issues on the project, manage QA/QC & RA team and interfacing with 5 sub-contractors to ensure all QA/QC & RoK requirements are delivered for the project. Cooperation with all project departments and Client representatives. Plan, manage and analyze QC activities. Analyzing incoming project data and provide recommendations to Project manager. Ensure traceability system of NCRs/CARs/PARs/ observations reports is established and maintained. Ensuring of implementation required inspection and testing (concrete cube test, hydro test etc.) and preparation of associated reports. Provide assistance for the vendor inspections & documentations. Manage and maintain Quality turnover documents. Establish reliable working relationship with Client representatives.

West Qurna-2 Project consist of re-entry into existing wells, drilling several hundred new production, exploration, appraisal and injection wells, construction of water supply and reservoir pressure maintenance systems and building production and multiple infrastructure facilities. These include a CPF, shift camp, access roads, power supply facilities and infield and external pipelines. Responsible for review and acceptance of EPC Contractors Final Documentation (Vendor documents, Mechanical Completion packages, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning dossiers, Quality Record Book - QRB), and Handover it to Operational department by applying the process defined in the Completion and Handover procedure. Coordination of the Handover documents collection and compilation. Management of handover process till Ready for Start Up stage. Monitoring of check sheets and test sheets collection in due time from EPC Contractors. Final walkdown participation in order ensure proper handover of the build units for commissioning activities, raising punch items, if applicable. Manage and maintain Quality turnover documents. Provide an Interface for the Client and Contractors project teams and area owners.

Quality Control of construction activities at live refinery plant and live clusters (well pads). Provide assistance for the Vendor inspections & documentations. K3 Wastewater System Upgrade Project contains next activities: - Upgrading and enhancing the existing Effluent Treatment Plant improving the water quality deliverable - Ensuring an adequate drainage system in Process areas can accommodate the deluge system with “No Dig” Technology, Installation of specialist cured in place pipe lining (CIPP) - 4.2km - Bored piles and sheet pile installation - Construction of new underground reinforced concrete storage tanks & installation of associated equipments - Installation of above ground CS transfer lines throughout a live plant - Installation of new GRE lines 24” below ground on the live plant - Construct a new Dissolved Air Flotation building and install the DAF unit and associated equipment & piping (CS, HDPE, Duplex) - Electrical Transformers/Substation installation & associated cable lines - Major refurbishment of steel tanks, 2000 m3 capacity, by substitution of 2 bottom rings of the shell. Project activities contain Welding of the piles & flares and painting application - Hook Up and Commissioning of Complex D and Island A Offshore Facilities/ Client is AGIP KCO Project scope is providing to offshore yard required steel structures & piping. Project activities contain welding of piping (CS, SS, Duplex) & steel structures; hot dip galvanizing & painting application. The total weight of pipe racks fabricated for offshore lines of the Kashagan field amounted 19000 tons. Project activities contain welding of piping (CS, SS, Duplex) & steel structures & painting application.
